Return Policy
At AskHunting.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review the following information and contact us at support@askhunting.com.
30-Day Return Policy:
You have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return for defective items only. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Returns for activated devices are accepted if there is no artificial damage.
Return Process:
Contact us at support@askhunting.com to initiate a return request.
If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Return the product with all accessories and original packaging at your cost.
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we’ll initiate a refund to your original payment method.
Exclusions:
- Insufficient proof of purchase
- Purchases from unauthorized resellers
- Lost or stolen products
- Products obtained for free or from giveaways
- Damage caused by third-party repair
- External factors such as fire, flood, outage, chemical corrosion, etc.
- Damage from misuse of products (falls, extreme temperatures, water submersion, improper operation)
Damaged or Defective Items:
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges:
If you need to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the item you have and place a new order. Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a brand new product.
Refunds:
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please allow some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Shipping Charges:
Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges. Shipping charges for returns must be paid and insured by you. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to items during shipment.
Transport Damage:
If your returned product is damaged in transit and uninsured, we may deduct a portion of the loss from your refund. Please ensure the product is properly packaged and insured before returning it.
